That’s what we call cask finishing, and it’s now possible at Le Mary Lili. You can create your own cocktail recipe with our mixologist and leave with your personalized cocktail cask to age at home. Alternatively, you can choose to let it age right here at the bar, under ideal conditions. You’ll then be able to taste your unique cocktail at different stages of its maturation.

You can also take home bottled portions of your aged cocktail to enjoy whenever you wish. Your personal cask, marked with your name, can be reused to recreate the experience at home, or entrusted to us again for a new cocktail aging adventure.
